You get to use the rhythm dice you made last week. If you don't have the dice, go to last week's activity and print off the activity. Write and play your own rhythms! Use the rhythm dice you made last week and roll 4 times. Write down the rhythm in each roll in a space. Once you’ve filled the spaces in each line, clap the rhythm. Get someone in your family to clap it. If they are having trouble, make sure you help them. You are the expert! Here is an example. Here is this week's activity.

If you enjoy an activity, feel free to do it more than once! Music can be beneficial to creating a calm environment during times of stress. Sometimes it is good to put on quiet and calming music to increase focus and calm minds. Classical and baroque music is particularly good for this although if you really don’t like it, you can play anything you wish.
