Every note has a length. We count this length in beats. When we put notes together to make a pattern, it's called a rhythm. On the first worksheet page below, you need to make a pattern of notes that adds up to 3 beats. It's kind of like math!!!!!!!! The patterns are started and you have to finish them. The cool thing is that you can choose the notes you want as long as they add up to 3! the second page is like a maze. You follow the notes to find your way. Remember! The pattern is Ta Ti-ti . Over and over again!

If you enjoy an activity, feel free to do it more than once! Music can be beneficial to creating a calm environment during times of stress. Sometimes it is good to put on quiet and calming music to increase focus and calm minds. Classical and baroque music is particularly good for this although if you really don’t like it, you can play anything you wish.
